Association governance


The ISCAE ALUMNI association, set up in accordance with dahir n°1-58-367 of November 15, 1958 governing the law on associations, brings together the graduates of the ISCAE Group through its various cycles, both in Morocco and internationally. Its main objective is to strengthen the bonds of solidarity, fraternity and cooperation between its members, as well as with other individuals and associations, in the social, economic and cultural fields.


 Objectives and Activities : 

  1. Defense of members' moral and material interests : ISCAE ALUMNI is committed to protecting the rights and interests of its members in collaboration with socio-economic partners for regional development.
  2. Developing a corporate spirit: The association fosters unity and mutual professional support among its members.
  3. A platform for exchanging ideas: ISCAE ALUMNI creates a framework conducive to the transmission of experience and expertise between its members.
  4. Support for entrepreneurship: We encourage and sponsor entrepreneurial initiatives and job creation.
  5. Communication and information dissemination: To maintain fluid interaction between its members, the association publishes newsletters and periodicals, and organizes events such as seminars and study days.
  6. Improving material conditions: ISCAE ALUMNI undertakes concrete actions to improve the living conditions of its members, including cooperation on collective housing, social assistance and the search for employment opportunities.
  7. Cultural, sporting and educational events: It organizes various events to promote culture, sport and education among its members and within the ISCAE community.
  8. Adapting teaching to local realities: The association contributes to the development of teaching methods and curricula at ISCAE to better meet the needs of the Moroccan context.
  9. Collaboration with professional players: ISCAE ALUMNI has set up numerous partnerships with professional, regional, national and international organizations to promote and enhance all aspects of managerial skills.
  10. Various actions to achieve its objectives: The association uses all legal means to carry out its actions, including the organization of meetings, congresses, conferences and the publication of research work.


Organization and Management

ISCAE ALUMNI is administered by a nine-member Board of Directors elected every two years at an elective General Meeting. The committee comprises a Chairman, a Vice-Chairman, a General Secretary, a Treasurer and assessors. The Board is vested with the necessary powers to manage and represent the association in its various activities, subject to the decisions of the General Meeting.


Terms and conditions of membership and governance

To become an associate member, you must hold an ISCAE diploma and be up to date with your membership fees. Honorary members may be appointed for their support of the association, without voting rights. Financial management is transparent and subject to annual approval at the Annual General Meeting.


Shareholders' meetings and decision-making

The Annual General Meeting is an opportunity to examine the moral and financial reports, approve the budget and elect the Board of Directors. Major decisions, including changes to the articles of association, require a qualified majority of members present or represented.

ISCAE ALUMNI is committed to promoting the values of unity, mutual aid and development among its members, based on solid, participative governance. By respecting the principles of transparency and democracy, the association aspires to be a dynamic player in the Moroccan socio-economic landscape and beyond.
